Spin - Other than our BodySHED boot camp, this is our bread and butter. Indoor cycling or “Spinning” is a very popular cardiovascular class held at most gyms. We like to think ours are some of the best. Not only will you burn an average of 600-800 calories in a 60 minute class, but you’ll have fun doing it. Yes, FUN! We crank up the tunes with our bass kicking stereo, flood the studio with stylized lighting and ride to the rhythm and motivation of each song. Due to the popularity of Spin 60, we offer deviations such as Spin & Abs, Spin & Strength and Spin 45.
BodyLift - A muscle conditioning class using barbells and plates to strengthen your whole body. Your major muscle groups will be challenged through fun choreography and exercises such as squats, presses, and curls.
Cardio Circuit – Spice up your cardio workouts with this circuit style class. Each week will bring something new so you’ll experience variety and fun in the heart pumpin’ and calorie burning class.
Sculpt - Designed to burn fat and calories while building muscle through cardio, strength training, plyometrics and yoga moves. Sculpt is designed to challenge you to shape and tone your body by targeting every major muscle group through anaerobic and compound training.
Hip Hop Hustle – A completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that’s easy to follow with moves that anyone can do!
Boot Camp – This fun and challenging class is a perfect mix of cardio and strength conditioning. Our Boot Camp incorporates plyometrics, strength training, and agility/cardio drills into a circuit style workout. Held outdoors weather permitting.
