The beauty of doing most of our intervals on the bike is that it&#039;s low impact, but high intensity - perfect for all sizes and ages!!

		<description>Hey, good for you. It takes a real committment to get up, get going, dig in and DO IT. I&#039;ve been walking for a 1/2 hour and riding the bike for a half hour. I think I probably need to push it like you mentioned. Probably should stop telling myself I&#039;m going to die if I crank up the pace, huh? :)</description>
